Mr. Gaudioso is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists and the Academy of Family Mediators. He regularly attends continuing education programs offered by the California State Bar, The Rutter Group, local bar associations and California Family Law Reports. He was one of the founding members and continues to be an active member in Family Law Mediators Engaged in Study, a group dedicated to the study and promotion of alternate dispute resolution in Family Law. He is also a member of the State Bar of California Family Law Section Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee, whose mission is to promote family law mediation and to act as an advocacy group for attorney-mediators in the State of California.

      Mr. Gaudioso has successfully litigated and mediated hundreds of family law matters. Whether serving as a litigating attorney or as a mediator, Mr. Gaudioso serves his clients with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. As a litigator he has argued a broad range of issues, often involving forensic accountants, tax experts, psychological counselors and other expert witnesses. He represents international clients with property and child custody matters. In his role as a mediator Mr. Gaudioso has demonstrated his effectiveness at bringing complex, highly contentious, and often emotionally charged cases to resolution. Mr. Gaudioso also represents high profile clients while priding himself on maintaining client confidentiality and privacy.
